'Join me today guys for this Intense 20 Min Fat Burning HIIT Workout. This is the The 6x6 workout What we are doing here is hitting 6 exercises back to back and doing that for 6 straight rounds for a killer fat burning HIIT workout The beauty is absolutely anybody can do this workout also as it is a bodyweight only workout. So all you will need is a little bit of space at home Each exercise we will be doing for 20 secs on with 10 secs rest The exercises will be: 1) Squat Touch Downs 2) Dragon Push ups 3) Burpee Tuck Jumps 4) Sprinter Crunches 5) Ice Skaters 6) Table Top kick ups So I guess the question is.. are you ready?
